The ice cream mix chillier is self-supporting type with adjustable ball feet.
All connection F or ice cream mix and water are in S.S. provided with SMS union
& the number of Plates is 25. Plate chiller is basically used for exchanging the
heat of ice cream mixture sent by Homogenizer up-to 30-40 Degree Celsius to be
sent the exchanged mixture to the Aging vat/Tank for further operation.
